On April 4, 2023, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University held a student science conference on "Gastronomy Tourism Potential of Kyrgyzstan and Alternative Opportunities" as part of the events celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey. 17 scientific reports on "Gastronomy Tourism" were presented by the students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and awards were given for the three best presentations.
